Founder/Chief Executive Officer

24 years’ experience appraising real estate in both the private and public sector. He has appraised a variety of complex commercial structures using income analysis and cost analysis to deconstruct subject property components to the determination of a value conclusion. His background in appraising complex commercial structures crosses disciplines to include regional malls, warehouses, sophisticated heavy/light industrial facilities, multifamily, hotels, quarries, cellular tower sites, office, and historic structures. As a Virginia Certified General Appraiser, KC is recognized by the Commonwealth of Virginia as having the ability/knowledge to appraise properties of varied complexity without limitation on size, sector, and or value. KC's assignments have been via employment with the government sector (Roanoke), and the private sector (Wampler-Eanes Appraisal Group, and The Bratton Corporation). In 2008 KC used his expertise in valuation modeling to pursue real estate development opportunities with Carsan-Gryphon LLC, which provided a nexus to developing both The Shoppes at Hunting Hills LLC, and Prosperity Development LLC. KC has been appointed by Governor Mark Warner, Governor Tim Kaine, and Governor Terry McAuliff to the Virginia Recreational Facilities Authority Board which governs Explore Park; a government entity which pursues public/private partnerships in the creation of a multimillion dollar outdoor recreational facility on the Blue Ridge Parkway. KC holds a dual degree from Virginia Military Institute in Economics and Business. 

 Real Estate Advisor 

Timberly brings over 20 years experience in Property Management and Real Estate Sales experience.  In addition to her extensive background in fair housing and large scale multi-family property management, she has been recognized for her ability to negotiate challenging real estate transactions.  Timberly provides Carsan-Gryhphon with site anlysis, market analysis, property acqusition and contract negotiations.  

CFO

Lloyd Bratton is a 20-year veteran of finance and operational management in start-up firms as well as global multi-billion dollar organizations. Lloyd throughout his career, has been instrumental in developing strategies around financial planning, capital decisions along with experiences in strategic planning and risk decisions.  He has spent several years in controllership and has numerous years running the financial reporting functions for several high preforming organizations.

He graduated from Kennesaw State University with an Executive MBA degree in 2010 along with a Greenbelt Six Sigma Certification.

In is past time, Lloyd’s love for athletics and teaching youth has led him to coach well over 200 athletes around the Atlanta area.  His core belief of giving back to the community comes from a strong upbringing and his spiritual faith. Lloyd’s volunteer efforts extend well beyond coaching as he has raised money for disadvantage youths and worked with several non-profits like Habitat for Humanity and The Horizon League for special needs individuals.

Executive Secretary 

Ann Martin has been an experienced paralegal for Attorney's and Companies in the Roanoke Valley. Her organizational skills has to lead to her creating and advising several successful businesses in the Roanoke Valley. Her guidance has been instrumental in laying the foundational principles of Carsan-Gryphon's efforts to date. Ann is an avid Ford Mustang enthusiast and a member of the Roanoke Valley Mustang Club raises money for local charities. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her Husband, Children and Grandchildren and large mastiff dog.
